We want you to feel delighted with every saree you buy from Vaari Silks. But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry—we’re here to help in a simple and transparent way. 

 

How to Raise a Return Request

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Email us at vaarisilks@gmail.com
    • Your Order ID
    • An unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened, showing the shipping label and saree being taken out—unedited and complete)
    • A few clear photos showing the issue, if any

        This helps us process your request smoothly and fairly.

 

 Eligible Returns

 You can request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The saree arrived damaged or defective

 Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with tags and original packaging intact.

 

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Sarees with fall & edging work
  • Customized orders
  • Used, washed, or altered products
  • Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

 

 What You’ll Receive

 Refund (to Original Payment Method)

  • Offered only if:
    • Wrong saree delivered
    • Damaged or defective item received
  • Refund processed within 5–7 working days after verification.
  • For COD orders, we’ll request UPI/Bank details.

 

Exchanges

If you want an exchange instead of a refund:

  • Email us within 48 hours.
  • We’ll arrange a return for the incorrect item.
  • The replacement saree will be shipped within 5–7 working days (stock permitting).

 

Important Delivery Info

  • Courier partners use OTP-based delivery, so please provide an active 10-digit Indian mobile number.
  • Missed OTPs or unattended delivery calls may lead to extra re-shipping charges.

 

 Other Notes

  • Only one return/exchange per order is allowed.
  • Accounts with repeated returns or misuse of store credits may be restricted.
  • Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable, unless it’s our error.
  • Refused prepaid orders will incur a ₹100 deduction from the refund.
